First we took a deep look at the Home Depot customer to understand what in their personality and behaviors drove purchases in store and online. One universal truth emerged, the satisfaction of accomplishment fueled why we attempt Do it Yourself projects.
Using an array of media in this concept, I turned the Home Depot retail experience into a next generation CRM program. Using Mobile, Web, Social apps and Branded content, I designed interfaces that personalized content for your expertise level.
From the initial inspiration to planning your projects to getting one-to-one Do It Yourself (DIY) help; This program connects you to a community of people who can guide you through a project or unite you with the right contractor who could do it for you.
